By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website or services.
Services
Assist Cleaning & Janitorial Services provides professional residential and commercial cleaning solutions. The scope and details of each service will be outlined and agreed upon at the time of booking.
Booking and Payment
- Booking: Bookings can be made through our website or by contacting us directly.
- Payment: Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and online payments.
- Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
User Obligations
By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during the booking process.
- Ensure safe and reasonable access to the property to be cleaned.
- Remove valuable, fragile, or personal items from areas to be cleaned.
Liability
- Limitations: Assist Cleaning & Janitorial Services is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
- Damages: In the unlikely event of any damage caused during the cleaning process, you must notify us within 24 hours. We will review the damage and may offer compensation at our discretion.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
SMS Terms of Service
By opting into SMS from a web form or other medium, you are agreeing to receive SMS messages from Assist Cleaning & Janitorial Services. This includes SMS messages for appointment scheduling, appointment reminders, post-visit instructions, and billing notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Assist Cleaning & Janitorial Services and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
Pricing & Annual Rate Adjustments
- Pricing Construction: Service pricing at Assist Cleaning & Janitorial Services is determined by a combination of factors evaluated at the time of quoting. These factors may include but are not limited to: service type, property square footage, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, presence of basements or additional spaces, move-in or move-out condition, first-time or recurring service status, and the presence or prior presence of pets. Assist Cleaning & Janitorial Services does not itemize individual pricing components within a client quote, as our pricing reflects the full scope of care required to deliver our standard of service.
- Service Pricing: The pricing outlined in your approved service quote reflects the current rate for the scope of services described therein. By approving your service quote, you acknowledge and agree to the pricing terms and the conditions governing future adjustments as outlined in this section.
- Annual Price Review: Assist Cleaning & Janitorial Services conducts an annual review of service pricing to account for changes in labor costs, supply costs, insurance, and general market conditions. Pricing adjustments, if applicable, are made no more than once per calendar year per client.
- Premium Plan Renewals: For clients enrolled in a 6-month or 12-month Premium Service plan, updated pricing may be presented at the time of renewal. The renewal quote will reflect any applicable rate adjustment for the upcoming service period. Continued enrollment by signing a renewal agreement constitutes acceptance of the new rate. No mid-terms price changes will be made during an active plan period.
- Notice of Price Adjustment: In the event of a pricing adjustment, Assist Cleaning & Janitorial Services will provide written notice no less than thirty (30) days prior to the effective date of the new rate. For Premium Plan clients, updated pricing will be present no less than thirty (30) days prior to the renewal date, allowing adequate time for review before re-enrollment. Notice will be delivered via email to the address on file. It is the client's responsibility to ensure their contact information remains current.
- Continuation of Service: For Recurring Service clients, continuation of scheduled services on or after the effective date stated in the notice constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing. No additional signature or approval is required beyond the acknowledgment of this clause at the time of onboarding. For Premium Plan client, signing a renewal agreement constitutes acceptance of the updated rate for the new plan period.
- Rate Lock Guarantee: Clients on an active 6-month or 12-month Premium Service plan are guaranteed their agreed rate for the full duration of that plan period. Assist Cleaning & Janitorial Services will not make mid-term price adjustments during an active plan. This guarantee applies from the plan start date through the final scheduled service of that period.
- Client Questions: Clients are encouraged to reach out with any questions regarding pricing adjustments prior to the effective date. Assist Cleaning & Janitorial Services is committed to transparent communication and is available to discuss any concerns or questions.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Georgia. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
